Raw Food Eaters Performed Much Better

Choose fresh fruit to processed fruits. Processed and canned fruits do not have as much fiber as fresh fruit and processed and canned fruits are nearly always sweetened. Eat raw foods more often rather than cooked foods. Those who eat live foods are smarter, alert and more focused than those who rely mostly on cooked foods.

Eat fresh fruit instead of drinking fruit juice. Juice is often sweetened but fresh fruits have natural sugars. When you eat fruit, you are taking in a lot of fiber, which is needed by the body, and fruits of course are an excellent source of vitamins.

Raw food eaters performed much better and with more competence. Because the heat of cooking destroys enzymes which benefit digestion, depletes vitamins, damages proteins and fats.

Antioxidants prevents breakdown of body tissues like Vitamin E found in green leafy vegetables, peanuts, mango and many others. Vitamin C is important in forming collagen, it also aids in the absorption of iron. Tomato, papaya, guava, cabbage are good sources. It helps maintain bones and teeth too.
